Long considered THE luxury car of luxury vehicles, the Jaguar of Jaguar Cars originally started back in 1922. The company has changed hands as far as ownership goes several times since that point. Until recently the company was owned by Ford Motor Corporation. In March 2008 Ford sold Tata Motors of India its Jaguar Land Rover operations for US$2.3 billion.
